Mr. Laxman Kumar Palatasingh

Mr. Palatasingh is holding M. Sc. (Agri-Econimics) from Meerut University and qualified for PGDAEM from MANAGE, Hyderabad. He retired as Deputy Director of Agriculture & became State Project Coordinator, APICOL, Bhubanewar after retirement in 2017. He has also received more than 20 National level trainings in Agricultural field. He is having more than 36 years of experience in Project formulation, implementation, Agricultural Planning, training, financing. He is currently holding “State Resource Person” (SRP) for APICOL and now engaged in training and capacity building of various departmental offices (IED, IMAGE, NRRI, RIPAE&S, APICOL, etc.), Agripreneurs, FPOs, Farmers, Start-up incubates along with Project formulation and Appraisals. He is also a member of RKVY Incubation Committee (RIC), VIKAS RABI, NRRI, Cuttack.

Mr. Dilip Singh

Mr. Dilip Singh: Mr. Singh is holding MCA degree from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar and M.Tech. (CSE) from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Odisha. He is currently perusing Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management in Agriculture using IOT. He is having around 27 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and is working as a guest faculty in Utkal University and Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER). He is also holding various certificates related to Information Technology sectors along with published various papers in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. He shall overlook the development and implementation of IT in our services..

Mr. Kuldip Singh

Mr. Kuldip Singh: Mr. Singh is holding B. Sc (Ag) degree from OUAT, Bhubaneswar with MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). He is having around 22 years of experience in Post Harvest Management of Agri-Commodities along with implementation and successfully operationalize Steel Silo Project for Wheat storage for FCI in NCML. He previously worked in Zuari Seeds, Paras Seeds, Paradeep Phosphate Limited (PPL) and National Commodities Management Services Limited (NCML) at various capacities overlooking Operations and Supply Chain Management at PAN India level. He is also holding a certificate from XLRI, Jamshedpur on “Project Management for Senior Professionals”.
