AAPEC shall provide help or guide the prospective Agripreneurs, Rural Youth, Mission Shakti Women Groups, FPOs / FPCs on preparation of DPRs to take the benefits of MKUY scheme of GoO on the following services.
1. Counselling of FPOs / FPCs on the criticality of scheme and projects to be undertaken.
2. Assessment of the FPOs / FPCs eligibility for taking up the projects.
3. Preparation of Preliminary Project Report (PPR) for availing Preliminary approval from financing bank.
4. Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) – 5 sets of original hard copies of DPR shall be provided for getting approval from Line Departments, APICOL and Bank finance for the proposed project under MKUY Scheme.
5. Online boarding in Go-sugam portal for DPR clients.
